Cells are routinely isolated and experiments performed shortly after their separation, allowing proper analysis in non de-differentiated cells. BLB performs analysis in hepatic cells isolated from healthy individuals and, importantly, from livers with cirrhosis (ASH and NASH aetiologies). Primary liver cells can be used to understand the effects of your new chemical compounds on cells phenotype.
