BLB offers you the possibility to evaluate the efficacy and MOA of your compounds in standardized pre-clinical models of liver disease. Endpoint measurements include, among others, the clinical and physical examination of animals during treatment, characterization of the hepatic and systemic hemodynamics (including evaluation of portal pressure and intrahepatic microvascular function), biochemical analysis in plasma, tissue analysis (mRNA, protein, histology, fibrosis, etc), and analysis of the phenotype of the different hepatic cells sub-populations isolated from treated-animals.
